I have yet to really spend any length of time playing with the color tools in SAI. I usually just use it as an inking tool and revert to my smudgy/scribbly OC coplor method. But, I've been watching a lot of people stream with SAI and do some really nice things with color.

I mostly used the basic pen to lay down flat color then used the blur to soften the edges and blend it in spots.
A touch of the watercolor brush for the highlights in Moss's hair.
It's a bit clunky yet, but I do like the look of a few spots where I things just came together.
Will have to play with this method more.
